KEY WORDS: glochidium, Nodularia abbreviata, Nodularia vladivostokensis, Nodulariinae.

ABSTRACT: First data on morphology of glochidia of freshwater bivalves (najades) Nodularia abbreviata (Westerlund, 1897) and Nodularia vladivostokensis Moskvicheva, 1973 (Unionidae: Nodulariinae) from Primorye Territory are given, including the comparison with literature. It is shown that glochidia of all investigated species of Nodularia can vary in size (length, height, length of ligament) and shape; variability of glochidial hooks is also noted.
